We are a small-scale flower farm
focusing on quality cut flowers
grown locally and sustainably.
We are committed to practicing reciprocity with
nature and offer our customers and flower
enthusiasts the chance to enjoy flowers while
participating in a gentler way to consume them.

Located in Mont-Saint-Grégoire, QC with headquarters in Montreal, QC, we grow flowers that are inspired by the seasons. Varieties include Sweet Scabosia, Midnight Nigella, Favourite Berries Yarrow, Lemon Basil, Cupcakes Blush Cosmos, Fennel, Raspberry Cream Gomphrena, Zinderella Peach Zinnias, and Flowering Kale - just to name a few. We strive to bring you the best quality flower in stem length and vase life.

Our seeds are sourced from a small system of environmentally conscious seed farmers. Our goal is to learn more about the seed-collecting process and to create a catalog we can draw from and share in the future.

Bliss Bird Flowers founder, Meg Clinton spent her childhood on her parents' farms located in a community that celebrates self-sustaining agriculture. This is where she became entwined with nature and community living in all its beauty and power. This experience influenced her dream to become a flower farmer and turn her passion for agriculture into a sustainable income. She dreams about a community that supports each other with solutions for environmental wellness. So, in 2021, after 12 years of service, Meg left her job in the music community and committed to completing the Floret Workshop. It was the beginning of the pursuit of an unhurried, openhearted, and reflective life that would facilitate her family's and her connection to nature. After completing the Floret Workshop in early 2022 she committed to renting a shared piece of land for the upcoming season in Mont-Saint-Grégoire, QC.

As Meg began this journey, she started to recall her grandparents' efforts in the floral industry and the beauty they gifted her through their endeavors. She discovered that her grandfather and grandmother owned and operated a successful flower shop and that her great-grandfather owned and ran greenhouses that grew local blooms. As a child, the landscapes that her grandfather created in his backyard always felt like her own secret garden.

In 2021, Meg had the chance to intern with Shaina Hayes Farm and grow flowers. It was here that she started to gain confidence in her capacity to grow plants and sell bouquets of flowers. Witnessing the abundance of growth, colours, and reciprocity in nature, she was sold on the fact that this was where she wanted to dedicate her time.

On a ¼ acre of land, she is able to produce thousands of blooms that support her members, retail outlets, and wholesale customers. As this journey continues, she is encouraged by her community's interest and excitement around efforts supporting local and seasonal produce.

What began as a dream is becoming reality. Each day Meg is grateful for the folks who have come before her and the continuing efforts to preserve and provide a diverse variety of flowers. She is honored to be part of a growing community of flower growers. Her hope is to connect you with an experience filled with local, sustainable, and unique flowers.

May your journey be filled with the miracle of nature.
